By purchasing any service or design package from VÉRAU STUDIO, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Waiting List

All clients, regardless of prior purchases, must join the VÉRAU STUDIO waiting list before starting a new project. You will be notified when a spot becomes available. Work on your project officially begins after the consultation and submission of required materials (questionnaire, photos, measurements).

2. Questionnaire

Clients are required to complete the questionnaire at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled consultation. Failure to submit the questionnaire on time may result in the rescheduling or cancellation of the appointment.

3. No Show & Cancellation Policy

Clients must notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours in advance. If a client fails to attend their scheduled consultation without providing this 48 hour notice, the consultation will be considered forfeited, and the client may no longer be eligible for future consultations. no refund will be issued.

4. Our Services

VÉRAU STUDIO provides interior design concepts, 3D visualizations, and rendering services for inspiration and planning purposes only. All designs are conceptual and created to help clients visualize their space before making decisions.

5. Design Direction

VÉRAU STUDIO operates strictly as an interior concepts and visualization studio.
All designs are not construction ready and are intended for visual guidance only. If a client chooses to bring a design to life, all details must be reviewed by a contractor.

Any structural changes shown in layouts or renderings should be reviewed and approved by an architect or contractor before implementation. VÉRAU STUDIO provides design concepts and visualizations only, and does not provide engineering, or construction services, nor is responsible for building regulations, permits, or construction execution.

6. Pricing  

Package prices are listed per room. If you’d like multiple rooms designed, you can purchase separate packages for each. Open plan space that includes both a kitchen and living area, each is considered a separate room and priced individually.

7. Revisions

Each design package includes:

• One round of adjustment after the project presentation.
  

8. Non-Refundable Policy

Once work on a project has started, all payments are non-refundable.
This includes time spent on consultation, concept development, design work, communication, and visual production. clients can still cancel without penalty 48 hours before the consultation begins.

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, no refund will be issued.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, clear photos of the space, and complete project information. VÉRAU STUDIO is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

10. When to Expect Your Design

Estimated delivery timelines (such as 3-4 weeks) are provided as guidelines. Timelines may vary depending on project complexity, revisions, and response times.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, renderings, visuals, and documents created by VÉRAU STUDIO remain the intellectual property of VÉRAU STUDIO until full payment is received. VÉRAU STUDIO reserves the right to showcase completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

12. Communication
